4-yr-old raped in park

Chandigarh, Dec 16: A four-year-old girl was raped by an unknown person on Tuesday. Mother of the victim, a domestic help, filed a complaint with the Sector-36 police station that she had left her daughter in a park in Sector 35 B, and she was raped there.

Medical examination at GMSH-16 confirmed rape.

The police said domestic helps leave their children in the park when they go to work. The victim’s mother, who lives in Burail, had left her with other children.
