Greater Noida, December 30:

A 7-year-old boy was allegedly sodomised by a ragpicker in Jehangirpur area, police said today.

In the complaint lodged at Jehangirpur police station, the boy's father alleged that his son was playing on the
street when the man saw him alone.

On the pretext of giving the boy chocolate, the accused took him to a lonely stretch and sodomised him.

He fled when the child started bleeding, police said, adding that the accused is absconding.
