Pune, February 06: A Tamil actress Caroline Mariya Asan was arrested , for alleged involvement in a prostitution case from a five-star hotel in Viman Nagar here on Saturday evening, police said
"We laid a trap and sent a decoy customer. Caroline is quite popular in Chennai. She has played heroine in movies- `Rain`, `Wadachalam` and others," said Bhanupratap Barge, Senior Inspector (Crime Branch).
According to Barge, the actress has done modelling assignments for textile and diamond companies in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
A case has been registered against the actress and the film studio owner M Rajkumar (32) has been arrested.
