Washington, December 09:

REVE Systems, a VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) software solutions provider has been conferred the prestigious Red Herring's Top 100 Global Award for 2012 in Los Angeles, US.

The Red Herring announced Red Herring Global Top 100 awards to recognise leading technology companies from Europe, North America and Asia.

REVE Systems CEO M Rezaul Hassan said: "Red Herring's Top 100 Global Award 2012, a big achievement for Reve Systems, motivates us to further our commitment of bringing innovation in the IP communication industry."

REVE Systems is a leading VoIP software solution provider, which serves 1,700 service providers across 70 countries. Headquartered in Singapore, it has offices in India, UK, US and Bangladesh.

"Choosing the companies with the strongest potential is by no means a small feat," said Alex Vieux, publisher and CEO of Red Herring.

"After rigorous contemplation and discussion, we narrowed our list down from hundreds of candidates from across the world to the Top 100 winners," Vieux said, according to a press release from REVE Systems.

"We believe that REVE Systems embodies the vision, drive and innovation that define a successful entrepreneurial venture. REVE Systems should be proud of its accomplishment, as the competition was the strongest it has ever been," added Vieux.

The companies were evaluated by Red Herring's editorial staff on qualitative and quantitative grounds such as technology innovation, management quality, financial performance, strategy, and market penetration.
