Hyderabad, February 02:The Nampally Criminal Court has granted bail to Six activists of Hindu Vahini allegedly involved in the cases of attacks on Muslims in November last year.
The Hyderabad City police failed to file the charge sheet in time. The investigating agency had arranged an identification parade of the accused in Cherlapally jail after obtaining permission from the magistrate. The accused were identified in the parade in the presence of Magistrate.
The accused had murdered a Muslim auto driver in Tukaram Gate area of Secunderabad.
Seventh Metropolitan Magistrate of Nampally Criminal Court granted bail to Sadanan, Shakti Vinod, K. Unni Krishna, D. Bhargava, Suryavanshi, Santosh and Panduga Kalyan. The magistrate ordered them to be present on Wednesdays in the offices of investigating agencies.
It may be recalled that after Eidul-Azha the activists of Hindu Vahini had attacked the Muslims. Task Force had arrested a gang of six persons and had registered a case under section 307 of Indian Penal Court. Police failed to file the charge sheet within 90 days which paved the way of their release on bail. It only shows the lack of interest on the part of police.

After the demolition of Babri Masjid, the RSS and some muslim outfits were banned. After few days the ban on RSS was removed and ban on muslim outfits still continues.
