Rugby ace Ben Foden has revealed that he will never force his unborn son to follow in his footsteps as a rugby player, but would like him to be sporty.
The 29-year-old Northampton Saints player, who is already dad to two-year-old Aoife Belle with wife Una Healy, said that his unborn son is obviously going to grow up knowing that his dad has been a rugby player and he’ll come to see games, so he will very much be in a rugby environment but will never be forced into it.
He added that he wants him to play lots of different sports, like golf and cricket, as it helps a per son to be a more rounded athlete anyway.
