A British couple got the shock of their lives when they received an uplifting message from their dead grandmother’s number, with whom they had even buried her phone.
The pair was close to late Lesley Emerson and used to comfort themselves by texting messages to the phone they had buried with her 3 years ago, however, one day they received a cheery reply to their text saying “I’m watching over you and it’s all going to get better. Just push through,” News24.com reported.
Turned out that despite asking not to sell of the number, the phone company had sold it off to a new subscriber, who was unaware of its spooky provenance.
Sheri Emerson said that since they knew they would never get any reply to their tests, they were stunned when the message flashed up. (ANI)
