Minor girl kidnapped and raped
Hyderabad, January 28 (Siasat News): Falaknuma police has handed over a youth to judicial custody in connection with the kidnap and rape of a minor girl.
According to police, Mohd. Ahmed, 21, resident of Achi Nagar was handed over to judicial custody. Ahmed was a mobile technician and was in love with a minor girl of class IX.
Last week, he somehow managed to woo the girl to come with him to Mumbai where he had reportedly raped her.
Following the complaint of the girl’s father, a case of kidnap was registered and during the investigation, it was revealed that she was raped too.
Police Falaknuma had arrested him yesterday.
Missing man’s dead body found
Hyderabad, January 28 (Siasat News): a man, who was missing from Medpally, was found dead in Kesara.
According to police, one Devdas, 48, resident of Swaroopnagar colony, Uppal, was found dead in the backyard of a company situated in Nagaram.
Yesterday, a complaint was lodged with Medpally police station as missing.
In the preliminary investigation, police said that Devdas died due to the consumption of pesticide and registered a case of suspicious death and further investigations are on.
Man ends life
Hyderabad, January 28 (Siasat News): A man after having a row with his brother-in-law, committed suicide.
This incident occurred in Jeedimetla police station limits. Narsimha Raju, 52, resident of SCB Nagar, had set himself ablaze on January 22.
He was immediately shifted to a hospital where he died during the treatment. Raju had a scuffle with his brother-in-law last night when he (Raju) was heavily drunk.
After that, his son took him to his house where he took the extreme step. Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
