Everyone benefits from Govt. schemes – D.K. Aruna

Addressing a meeting at Shadnagar as part of her padayatara, Ms. D. K. Aruna, Minister for Information and Public Relations, said that Congress is the party which has fulfilled its promises. It presented unique schemes for the welfare and development of the people. The schemes of State and Central Govts are those which have been initiated by Congress Govt. She clarified that these schemes are not of any CM. These are the schemes of the Congress party. State and Central Governments are implementing the welfare schemes keeping in mind the progress of the common man. Govt. has allocated crores of rupees, by sanctioning a separate sub-plan for the benefit of SC’s and ST’s in the State. Women are getting interest free loans. She blamed TDP Chief, Mr. N. Chandrababu Naidu that he is doing padayatra only gain power in the state.

He is blaming Congress leveling imaginary charges against Congress and party. TDP did not fill up even a peon’s post during its nine year regime. She rejected the allegations of TDP leveled against he Congress Party. She told that people have lost faith in TDP. She blamed Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy that he is using the photo of his father Dr. YSR and propagating that he was responsible for the development of AP State. She told that all the welfare schemes implemented during Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy’s period were the schemes of the Congress. She said that Congress Govt. is providing food packages to the poor people every month. It is also giving scholarships to the students and also pension to destituve widows.

Addressing the Road show programme of the Congress party, Mr. Mohammed Ali Shabbeer MLC & former Minorities Minister told that Congress party is the real sympathizer of the Muslims. It has provided reservations to the Muslims under the leadership of Ms. Sonia Gandhi. Urdu has been declared as the second officials language in 15 districts of AP. Where sizeable Urdu speaking population exists. He told that very soon in all these 15 districts all the sign boards will have Urdu written.

Congress Govt. enhanced Minorities budget from Rs. 489 crore to Rs. 1027 crore this year. Congress is bound to develop the Muslims. It is providing scholarships and fees reimbursement to students.
