The Ghaziabad district magistrate (DM) has ordered closure of all private, government and government-aided schools till Dec 28.
DM Vimal Kumar Sharma in his order said the Uttar Pradesh government has issued the order in view of the health risk to the schoolgoing children as cold wave conditions sweep across the state.
“I have forwarded the government decision to … CBSE, ICSE and UP Board-affiliated private, government and government-aided schools,” said the district magistrate.
