Hyderabad, December 06: (Siasat News) A meeting of MBT was held at Moghalpura. The spokesman of MBT Farhathullah Khan Khalid presented a resolution demanding the impeachment of Allahabad High Court judged for pronouncing the judgment of Babri Masjid on the basis of religious beliefs instead of historical evidences. He quoted the precedent of impeachment case of Justice Sumitra Sen, of Kolkata High Court in Parliament and said that on the same lines there should be an impeachment of Justice. B.V. Sharma and Justice Gupta of Allahabad High Court who pronounced the judgement of Babri Masjid on the basis of religious sentiments without taking into consideration the historical evidence. Justice demands that the Govt. should initiate the proceedings of impeachment of these judges in the Parliament in order to nullify their judgement. It is necessary to maintain the solidarity of the country.
