Mumbai, October 08: Farah Khan’s Tees Maar Khan will see Katrina Kaif will donning Meena Kumari’s Pakeezah look in a qawalli number beside co-stars Akshay Kumar and ex-lover Salman Khan.
The gorgeous beauty will be seen in a sparkling red sharara, a dupatta covering her head, long dark cascading tresses, jhumkas, jhumar, thick eyebrows, kohl lined eyes and heavy mascara.
Confirms director/choreographer Farah Khan “Katrina’s look has been modeled on ‘Pakeezah’. While Akshay and Salman can be expected to have a lot of fun with this track, it belongs to Katrina as she is going to surprise the audience.”
The Qawalli number which is titled Wallah Re Wallah will be a complete foot- tapper and have a complete local Mumbaiyya feel to it ( very much expected by Farah Khan).
Katrina plays an aspiring Bollywood actress in the film.
The action packed comedy is due for release on December 24.
