Mr. Indarakaran Reddy predicts Jagan Mohan Reddy’s release and assumption of power

Hyderabad, February 19:

Former MP Mr. Indira Karan Reddy predicted that very soon, Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy would be released from prison and assume power in the state. The victories gained by the Congress party in the recent elections of cooperative institutions is only a temporary phase. The final success would be that of YSR Congress Party because every section of society is vexed up with the wrong policies of the present Congress Govt. in A.P.

Mr. Reddy reached Nirmal yesterday after participating in Ms. Sharmila’s padayatra in Miryalguda. He criticized Congress party strongly and said Congress assumed power twice in the state due to the efforts of Dr. YSR.

It was certainly not due to the election strategy or the policies of the Congress. The Congress Party has forgotten the historic victory gained by Dr. YSR and it sent his son Jagan Mohan Reddy to jail. No accused could be kept in prison for a long time. He is released after 90 days but Congress is afraid of the popularity of Jagan Mohan Reddy. Congress is certain that if he comes out of prison, there will be revolution. He is kept in jail under the pretext of further enquiry in some case or the other.

The large number of participants in Ms. Sharmila’s padayatara is an indication that people are impatient to bring back to power the family members of Dr. YSR.

He said that in cooperative elections individuals play an important role but in the general election, it is the party which gains victory. He hoped that Congress would be defeated in the next elections and Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy would be the next CM of AP. He appealed to Minorities also to join YSR Congress party to strengthen it. Mr. Reddy was talking to Mr. Syed Jaleel Azher, Correspondent of Siasat who has just returned from Saudi Arabia after performing Umrah in Makkah.
