Muslim youth suspiciously taken ill at a Police station

Hyderabad, January 23: Tension prevailed in Old city after a 26 year old youth suspiciously taken ill tonight in Mirchowk Police station premises. Syed Hameed was arrested by the Police in connection with the case pertaining to allegedly beating up of another youth Hasnain Agha in the same area.

It is alleged that though Hameed was not feeling well the police reportedly detained him and tonight he suffered with fits, the worried police staff of Mirchowk police taken Hameed to an corporate hospital and his condition is said to be critical. The Corporator MBT Amjedullah Khan Khalid visited the hospital and demanded action against the police for using force in detaining him.
