(Siasat News) Congress MP of Rajya Sabha, Mr. V. Hanumanth Rao heavily criticized MIM for labeling Congress as a communal party.
Addressing the open session of Congress yesterday, he told that due to coalition with Congress, Majlis enjoyed many benefits and it is blaming Congress as a communal party. He pointed out that Congress is in power in the state but in Old city, MIM is ruling practically. He wished Mr. N. Kiran Kumar Reddy to encourage Muslim community to check the monopoly of MIM in the Old City. He suggested the Govt. to allocate a sub-plan for Minorities also.
He criticized Mr. Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy that he wanted to become C.M. of A.P. after the death of his father. He told that sympathy wave won’t continue for a longer period.
He congratulated Congress Party for convening open session and said that this meeting has been organized at a period when the other parties are touring the districts taking out padayatras. This meeting has been convened after a gap of three years. He suggested to organize such meetings on permanent basics periodically.
He also stressed the ministers to tour their constituencies for strengthening the party.
