Mumbai, August 11: Dabangg starring Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha have a lot of interesting incidents happening on the sets. One such chance encounter led to lead actress Sonakshi Sinha discovering the painter in her.
Sonakshi took to paint brush and canvas, all thanks to Bollywood closet painter Salman Khan who taught the lass to get out of her comfort zone and move beyond sketching.
Confirms Sonakshi “I’ve done fashion designing so I knew how to sketch. Using the paintbrush was something I dreaded. But Salman helped me overcome this fear and taught me to paint.” Sonakshi whose first painting was a woman with a cross had Salman Khan mighty impressed with her initial attempt. Being a quick learner Sonakshi painted much on the lines of Salman’s style.
“I’ve incorporated a lot of his (Salman’s) style into mine .The day I put my own ideas on canvas my painting will look different from his” adds Sonakshi.
