New Delhi, March 19: A security drill was conducted at the busy New Delhi Railway station here this morning to check the preparedness of security agencies in case of a terror attack.
Various agencies, including police and fire brigade, participated in the drill, a senior police official said.
The drill started with a mock bomb explosion at the Ajmeri Gate side of the railway station at around 11 am.
"This is part of a routine exercise to check the preparedness of various agencies including police, fire force and hospitals in case of any terror attack," the official said.
