It's rather a story from the cricketing world, Shahrukh Khan's Kolkata Knight Riders have roped in New Zealand speed star Shane Bond for the upcoming IPL season for a whopping $750,000 after getting locked in a tie-breaker with Deccan Chargers Hyderabad.
Shahrukh Khan was delighted with the KKR team roping in Shane Bond. In his Twitter post on the roping in Shane Bond Shahrukh wrote “v wanted Bond & it feels nice to have a bond in your team in more ways than one...to leave last yr behind & march to the podium Insha Allah.”
The My Name Is Khan star would be hoping that the New Zealanders would play a pivotal role in turning the fortune of Kolkata Knight Riders after having faced humiliation last year.
