New Delhi, September 08: In a big turnaround in the actor Shiney Ahuja maid rape case, the domestic help has told the court that the actor never raped her.
The 20-year-old maid told a fast-track court that she had slapped false charges on the actor. The woman told a fast-track court last week that she lodged the police complaint against Shiney after the woman who got her the job with the Ahujas instructed her to do so.
The maid had lodged an FIR in June last year alleging that she was raped while they were alone at the actor's flat.
Following this incident, Shiney Ahuja had been arrested and was released on bail later.
