Sneha Pratibha Awards To SC/ST SSC toppers

Hyderabad, July 26:

Sneha Club is organizing ‘Presentation Function of State Sneha Pratibha Awards of 2011-12’on July 29 at 5 pm at Dr B.R. Ambedkar Bhavan, Lower Tank Bund here.

Speaking to mediapersons here on Thursday, Club governor M. Nagendra Kumar said that they have decided to honor two SC and ST students, who studied in Social and Tribal Welfare Hostels and secured highest marks in SSC examination from each district. The awards will be presented with a cheque for Rs 10,000 and certificate. Parents of the awardees will also be honored with a shawl and bouquets.

Nagendra Kumar said that Deputy Chief Minister C. Damodar Raja Narasimha would be the chief guest and Social Welfare Minister Pitani Satyanarayana, Medical Education Minister Kondru Murali Mohan, Tribal Welfare Minister P. Balaraju, Deputy Speaker Bhatti Vikramarka and MP J. D. Seelam would be guests of honor. (NSS)
