US drone strikes kill 12 in Pakistan

Islamabad, January 06:

At least 12 people were killed and eight injured when US drones fired a number of missiles at different places in Pakistan's tribal area of South Waziristan Sunday, Geo News reported.

Three militant hideouts were destroyed as US drones fired eight missiles also in Bobar area.

South Waziristan is home to militants of the Hakim Ullah Mehsud group of the Pakistan Taliban and Haqqani network, Xinhua reported.
