Hyderabad: Sudheer Commission of Enquiry submitted a report to the CM a month ago but there seems to be no action on it. It is understood that this report has been given to Advocate General of Telangana, Mr. Ram Krishna Reddy with a request to explain legal and constitutional status. He is engaged in consulting legal experts.
It may be mentioned that Mr. Ram Krishna Reddy functioned against Muslim reservation and challenged the decision of the then Congress govt. to providing reservations to Muslims. This petition is still pending in the Supreme Court. CM had promised to send a team of officials to Tamil Nadu but so far nothing has been done.
Now that Telangana Assembly starting its session on 20th September, all eyes are set on CM.
