Sambhal: A 12-year-old girl was allegedly raped in Mau village under Kotwali police station area here this evening.
The girl was working in the agriculture field when she was raped by an unknown youth, who fled the scene after committing the crime, police said.
On the complaint of the victim’s family, an FIR has been filed and the girl has been sent for medical examination, police added.
