13-year-old boy killed by kidnappers


Jaipur: A 13-year-old boy, who was abducted last week, was found murdered in Jalore district of Rajasthan, police said today.

Bhavesh Jain was kidnapped on May 5 from Sanchor area and his body was recovered yesterday from an isolated place near his village, Deputy SP Sanchor Mangilal said.

“The kidnappers had demanded a ransom of Rs 5 lakh for releasing the boy,” Mangilal said.

The body was handed over to family members after postmortem and was cremated today.

Meanwhile, PCC President Sachin Pilot held the state government responsible for the incident and said that the law and order situation has deteriorated under the current BJP government and therefore criminals were committing crime activities without any fear.
