Hyderabad: Two new cases have been slapped against gangster Ayub Khan so that PD Act could be invoked against him. South Zone Police took him into 8-day police custody on Tuesday morning and shifted him to Chandrayangutta police station where a case was registered against him. Probe into the case is pending.
Golconda police also registered a case of fraud and forgery against him on the complaint of house owner of 9-8-298, Asiya Siddiqua, the address on which Ayub Khan had obtained passport and other government documents.
Inspector Golconda Mr. Syed Fayyaz told that on the complaint of said house owner Asiya Siddiqua a case has been registered against that rowdy sheeter under section 420, 468 and 471 of IPC.
In order to invoke PD Act against the rowdy sheeter it is necessary to have 3 cases registered against him within one year. Ayub Khan will soon be kept in jail for long term by invoking PD Act against him.
