Hyderabad: 14 batches of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka have set off for Hajj 2017 through Hyderabad embarkation point. The last batch will set off in the wee hours of August 22. 450 Hajj pilgrims left for the Holy pilgrimage through each flight. The 13th batch was flagged off at Hajj House Nampally on monday, at 2 pm while the 14th batch was bid farewell at 4 pm.
MLC Andhra Pradesh Ahmed Shareef, Chairman Andhra Pradesh Hajj Committee Momin Ahmed Husain and Special officer Telangana State Hajj Committee Prof. S A Shukoor flagged off the pilgrims.
