7 storey building collapsed in Hyderabad, 25 Families occupied

Seven storey building collapses in Nanakramguda area of Hyderabad and it is feared that several might have trapped under its debris. This incident has happened a short while ago and the police, who reached the spot are assuming that there might be 25 families staying in this building.

At least 10 people are feared trapped under the debris of the building.

Teams of National disaster response force reached on the spot and start rescue operation, Telangana Home Minister Nayani Narsimha reddy, Cyberabad Commissioner and GHMC officials also reached on the spot.

About 10 families, mostly labourers, were living in the premises of the building, according to Hyderabad Mayor B Rammohan.

Telangana Home Minister N Narsimha Reddy and several other leaders and officials rushed to the spot where rescue work is underway.

Reddy said violation of rules has been noticed in the construction of the building.
