89% appear for TS. Ed.CET-2016

The TS Ed.CET-2016 was conducted peacefully across the Telangana State on Friday.

The test was held from 11 AM to 1 PM in 109 Test Centres across the State. Of 45,549 registered candidates, as many as 40,545 or 89% appeared for the test throughout the state. Today morning at 7 AM, Prof. K. Venkata Chalam, Vice-Chairman, Telangana State Council of Higher Education released the CET code in the presence of Prof. T. Mallesh, Vice-Chairman, TSCHE and Prof. P. Prasad, Convener, TS Ed.CET – 2016.

Prof. E. Suresh Kumar, Registrar, Osmania University, visited Test Centres in Osmania University during the examination. The Registrars of other Universities in Telangana State also visited the test centres in their respective areas to oversee TS Ed.CET-2016 conduct peacefully.

The preliminary key will be released on 2nd June and the last date for receiving the objections is 8th June. The Test result will be declared on 12th June. Further, details will be available on the website www.tsedcet.org. (INN)
