Demanding the state government to solve the problems of the Osmania University by releasing Rs.1000 crore to University’s Centenary Celebrations, Akhil Bharathiya Vidhyarthi Parishat (ABVP) organised a semi-nude rally in the University.
They alleged that the problems in the University were as it were though the University entered into 100 years and demanded the state government to take steps to provide infrastructure needed. They warned the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao that they will obstruct the latter in case he enters into the University without solving the problems. (NSS)
