ACB’s public awareness measures, Urdu missing

Anti Corruption Bureau of Telangana State has begun large scale measures under Public Awareness Campaign. While declaring that creating public awareness is the need of the hour, ACB has ignored the Urdu speaking people. Urdu is missing from the material prepared by ACB in the form of posters, handbills, stickers, pamphlets etc.

ACB claims that it will succeed in its goal by creating awareness among the people of Telangana. On the question of ignoring Urdu, Director General ACB Abdul Khayyum Khan told that he will think over the issue and assured that material will be released in Urdu. He accepted the negligence of officials but at the same time told that the campaign will continue in Urdu.
