The fate of AP Chief Minister N.Chandra Babu Naidu will be decided in the next few weeks as the further more charge sheets to be filed by the Telangana Anti-corruption Bureau in the cash -for- vote scam.The legal experts and Investigators say Telangana ACB will need strong evidence to name Mr Naidu as an accused. The ACB has alredy apprehended four accused, including TDP MLA A. Revanth Reddy, in the preliminary charge sheet.
The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Telangana has apparently caught Mr Naidu in 2 situations.trying to indicate that the other accused acted on his command to bribe Anglo Indian MLA Elvis Stephenson in the MLC elections, the agency is looking for more evidence against the AP CM to make their case effective.
However,the divided states would want to pursue justice-delayed-is-justice-denied or justice-hurried-is-justice-buried remains very tricky to answer.
