Designation : Administration cum Communication Executive
Location : Hyderabad
Experience : 3 years in healthcare or hospitality industry.

A)Overall Purpose of the Job:

The Company is the worlds leading provider of medical assistance, international healthcare, security services and outsourced customer care. This position is responsible for handling the administrative and communication (inward & outward) responsibility to Googler and guest and to ensure that the team of Operations staff is able to deliver services in the professional manner. To be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of Operations

B)Key Responsibilities: (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance)
Creates the First Impression. Face of the Company to Googlers over email, phone or in person.
To welcome and greet all patients and visitors, in person or over the phone.
Ensure an effective and efficient reception service is provided to patients and any other visitors to the practice.
To be single point of contact for all patient queries, in person, over phone or email.
To answer the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette.
Prompt and appropriate reply to all emails while using proper email etiquette.
Deal with all general inquiries, explain procedures and make new and follow-up appointments.
Keeping non-medical office supplies adequately stocked by anticipating inventory needs, placing orders, and monitoring office equipment.
Liaison between all locations staffs mainly with onsite nurses.

Other Duties:

To work within and adhere to all the Companys policies and procedures.
To stimulate team work with staffs at all locations.
To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the line manager and other senior management members.
To work as per the roster of the duties to fulfill the needs of the post.

C)Job Profile:
Required Skills and Knowledge: (Brief description of technical knowledge or skills needed to perform the job)
Excellent Communication skill – Oral & Written, good looking, pleasing personality candidates can apply.
Client centricity
Excellent email and telephone etiquette.
Have excellent computer skills; proficient in using the internet and email.
Computer skills including the ability to spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient level
Ability to work independently and perform well with little supervision.
Able to work in a calm, logical and professional manner at all times.
Good organizational and administrative skills.
Be detail oriented and collect all required data to ensure that the highest standards of service are met.
