Job Description:
We are hiring Assistant Engineer / Senior Engineer – QS & Planning for our Head Office based in Hyderabad .
Ideal candidate Qualified in Diploma / B.Tech Civil Engineering with 5 to 12 yrs of experience in QS & Planning activities related to Water Projects.
Key Roles:
-Project estimation and Bill checking
-Rate Analysis
-Periodic Reconciliations
– Review of Budget of sites
-Planning & Scheduling of works at sites
– Implementation of Contract documents with clients and sub contractors
-Resource coordination
– Project initiation
-Collection,compilation and review of monthly reports
– Provide necessary guidance to ensure projects are executed as per schedule and within the budget
– To have experience in project planning and scheduling using tools – PRIMAVERA & MS PROJECT
– Client Billing & Sub Contractor Billing
