Job Description:
We are looking for AGM/DGM Plant & Machinery for our Power,Electrical,Metal & Irrigation division, the incumbent kmust be qualified in B.Tech Mechanical Engineering with 20 25 years of experience in handling plant & machinery equipments. Must have experience for a minimum of 5 years in a corporate office.
Job Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible of overseeing the execution, operations and maintenance of plant & equipment and machinery pertaining to Power, Electrical, Metals & Irrigation Divisions.
Responsible for delivering the production within approved PCE ( Project Cost Estimate) with coordination with project Incharge
Responsible for selecting, organizing and allocation of operating staff.
Responsible for performing the functions of troubleshooting and preventive / breakdown maintenance of machinery, workshop management.
Responsible for developing and implementing planned periodical maintenance schedules in compliance with standards.
To conduct inspections, internal audits and risk assessment operations to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulatory norms.
Responsible for forecasting, planning for logistics management.
Overseeing the planning and procurement of capital goods as per project requirement, machinery spares 7 service related issue controlling the inventory to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
