AIMMO Demands KCR to Release White Paper on Minority Welfare

All India Muslim Minority Organization (AIMMO) demanded the State Government of Telangana, a white paper on Telangana State Minority Welfare Programme and 12 percent reservation for Muslims, here in Hyderabad on Monday.

“Our Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao announced in his manifesto regarding providing 12 percent reservation for Muslims in Telangana state but till date no implementation has been taken even after passing of two years” Syed Muqtar Hussain, Chairman AIMMO said.

AIMMO leader said that they were demanding the government to constitute Wakf Commissionerate and Urdu Official Language Cell, save the Muslims grave yards from the encroachers. Political leaders and their henchmen are involving in the land grabbing of the Wakf properties, he allegedly said. (NSS)
