AISF wins Students’ Union elections in JNU, Delhi – Communal elements demoralized

Hyderabad: It seems that the communal elements are demoralized after All India Students’ Federation won Students’ Union elections in Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi with thumping majority. BJP and its allied outfits are worried about this success. They are trying to get Dr. Subramanyam Swami appointed as Vice Chancellor of JNU. It was revealed in a press conference held at Makhdoom Bhavan, Hyderabad yesterday by Mr. Syed Waliullah Qadri, President of AISF. He further told that all the appointment of Gajendra Chauhan as the director of Film and Television Institute, Govt. of India is trying to pollute the peaceful atmosphere of JNU by appointing Dr. Swami as VC. Mr. Qadri condemned the statement made by Dr. Swami to change the name of JNU and to label its students as Maoists. He further told that the students of JNU guarantee best future for the country. Dr. Swamy is humiliating them by calling them Maoists. He warned the Govt. to refrain from appointing Dr. Swami as VC of JNU.
