Hyderabad: Seventh Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Dr. T. Srinivas Rao on 29th June, had pronounced 10 years imprisonment to the accused in Akbaruddin Owaisi Attack Case. Three of the accused have filed bail petitions in Hyderabad High Court. On behalf of accused number 2, Hasan bin Omer Yafai, Mr. B.G. Rajeshwar Venkatam, Advocate; on behalf of accused number 3, Abdullah bin Younus Yafai, Mr. Lakshmikanth Reddy, Advocate and on behalf of accused number 5, Awad bin Younus Yafai, Mr. Vijay Bhasker Reddy, Advocate filed bail petitions requesting the court to grant bails to the accused who have been sentenced 10 years imprisonment. These petitions are in the early stages.
