Alleged seizure of mobile etc. from Mohammed Pahelwan in jail – Family suspects harassment

Hyderabad: Mohammed Pahelwan who is implicated in Akbaruddin Owaisi Attack Case in Chandrayangutta is facing imprisonment in Cherlapally jail. It is alleged that he is being harassed by Govt. officials.

In the latest incident, Mobile phones, mixer, grinder, gas stove were said to be seized from the barrack of Mohammed Pahelwan. The family members alleged that it is a conspiracy, their opponents is spreading rumours in connivance with the Govt. officials. It is highly impossible that these thinks were found in the cell of Mohammed Pahelwan in jail. Cherlapally jail is supposed to be a high security prison. Seizure of these articles from Mohammed Pahelwan is a conspiracy of the police to target him.

The South Zone Police barged into the house of Mohammed Pahelwan at Salala in Barkas on 27th February and arrested his younger sons. The police presented these youths before the media as the criminals. The police alleged that the rivalry between Ahmed Saadi and Mohammed Pahelwan groups reached its peak and hence the family members of Mohammed Pahelwan were harassed.

It is very surprising under the pressure from the Govt., police is harassing the family members of Mohammed Pahelwan and on the other side the judge who was hearing the case on daily basis has been transferred. The sudden transfer of VII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge has affected the case once again. Despite orders from the Supreme Court to complete the hearing of this case within 6 months, Govt. transferred the sitting judge as a result of which the hearing of the case has been stopped. The next hearing of the case is possible only after the appointment of a new judge.
