Aloo Palak Tikki

Ingredients:

Spinach- 1 bunch (Clean and chopped)
Potatoes- 1 (Peeled and chopped)
Chilli powder-1/2 tbs spoon
Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tbs (Optional)
Coriander powder- 1/2 tbs spoon
Salt- To taste
Corn flour- 2tbs spoon
Chaat masala- 1/2 tbs
Oil- To fry

Method:

Take a bowl, add boiled Aloo and mashed. Add salt, chilli powder, coriander, chaat masala powders and mix well.

Now add 2 tbs spoon of corn flour and chopped spinach and mix well and keep aside.

Now take a lemon size of dough to make a ball and flatten into a round patties. Make tikkies with the remaining dough.

Next, heat oil in a pan and fry well on both the sides. Serve hot.
