Amit Shah to chalk out strategy to wrest Hyderabad Lok Sabha seat from MIM

Hyderabad: BJP national president Amit Shah will be in Telangana on a three-day visit to the State between May 22 and 24. During his visit he will hold a brainstorm exercise with the party’s booth-level workers to chalk out a strategy with an eye on the Hyderabad Lok Sabha constituency which has remained a bastion of the Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen.

As pointed out by the Hans India, the exercise assumes importance since the BJP chief proposes to reach out to all the leaders and workers down to the booth level, so that a road map for 2019 elections can be drawn.

Amit Shah will take part in the various programmes like ‘Vistarak’, during his three day visit. The programme ‘Vistarak’ aims at reaching out 32,000 polling booths to strengthen the party.

The BJP president will hold review meetings with party leaders and meet booth-level workers besides holding brainstorm exercise with the senior leaders.

On May 24, Amit Shah will take part in the booth- level meeting of the party under the Hyderabad Lok Sabha constituency to chalk out a strategy to wrest the seat from the MIM.
