Amit Shah on three-day Lucknow visit from July 29

Lucknow: BJP president Amit Shah will be on a three-day visit to Lucknow, beginning July 29, during which he will hold meetings with various party units and workers.

“On July 29, the party president will interact with party office bearers from Awadh, Kashi, Gorakhpur and Kanpur regions. He will also interact with various district presidents and district in-charges,” UP BJP spokesperson Chandramohan said today.

“On July 30, he will address a meeting of intellectuals at Scientific Convention centre,” he said.

The ‘Jan Sahyog Kendra’ at the UP BJP office here, held to hear public grievances, will remain closed on all three days of Shah’s stay.

“People are advised that they should not turn up at the UP BJP head office on these three days. The kendra will commence functioning as usual from August 1,” UP BJP media in-charge Harish Chandra Srivastava said.
