Function: U.S. India Enabling AreasService Area: UK ICS – Go to MarketService Line/Market Offering: Marketing Delivery Work Location: HyderabadThe key job responsibilities for an analyst include the following:The role of the Analyst is to support various marketing activities and help various teams in the UK to achieve their business gaols goals and also will work as part of an extended UK team in order to establish strong working relations. It is expected that the role will sit within a teams of six and will report to the Assistant Manager. The Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the EDC Integrated Marketing team. The key activities of the team will be:Information Gathering and ResearchDeliver quality information and research products to the respective clients/ stakeholders.Conduct research, analysis and development of company and executive profiles, financial analysis and competitor intelligence to assist UK counterparts in identifying business opportunities.Database management: Help create/maintain standard protocols, materials, and tools for enabling the team to improve efficiency in servicing its clients/stakeholders.Marketing newsletters, create/manage distribution list and reports.Event and Campaign managementCreation and execution of email marketing campaigns, specifically as related to events, meetings, roundtables, etc.Organise data for the event/campaign, generate registration reports, and create contact/ distribution lists.Create event/campaign, PPD, follow-up communications.Stakeholder engagement follow up with partnersCRM Contact, Event and Campaign management Research and update targeted contact/account information. Create and manage event and campaign.Update distribution list and tag the contacts with appropriate event/campaign. Contact and Event/Campaign reporting.Data analysis.The key skills required The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a professional, friendly and approachable manner coupled with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels, especially when under pressure. Work using their own initiative, showing attention to detail and customer focus, with a good understanding of the clients needs and priorities. Required to project a professional image of ICS at in all times, and also show interest shows an interest in the external industry.Must demonstrate a methodical, analytical and clear approach to problems. Is able to act with urgency when necessary.Is open, receptive and adaptable to change- flexible.Demonstrates integrity and a can do attitude.Work experience and technical prerequisitesStrong written and verbal communicationInformation gathering, event and campaign management experienceContent development and newsletter creationExperience of reporting and analysis (contact, event and campaign)Managing multiple clients and projects at a timeTechnical skills Excel, PowerPoint, Word; familiarity with research tools and publications e.g. Factiva, Bloomberg, MintGlobal, Wall st Journal, Companies House and awareness of CRM toolExperience of working with brand guidelines and templates.
