* 1 to 2 years of experience in Conceptual Design, Design development & preparation of presentation working drawings, preparation of tender drawings & documents, coordinating with various agencies.
* Should know the auto cad operating processes /word /excel /internet.
* The individual must have sufficient interest and motivation to upgrade their technical expertise as required on an ongoing basis.

* Candidate must have strong conceptual design skills.
* Should have multi-disciplinary background / experience in all round Architectural, Designing & project works which includes conceptualization, design development, preparation of working drawings & details, layout plans, presentations, quantification & evaluation etc. adhering to project deadlines.
* Hard working with Passion and desire to conceptualize new design ideas, learn and innovate.
* Ability to operate Auto CAD, Sketch Up & Photoshop.
* Architect with the following skills:
–AutoCAD
–Sketch Up
–PowerPoint Presentations & Communication skills
And with basic knowledge of
–Photoshop, 3D Max, MS office, MS Projects, Free hand drawing skills would be additional advantage.
* Candidates with long term vision and dedication towards our profession.
