Hyderabad: Secretary of Minorities Welfare Dept., Mr. Syed Omer Jaleel, IAS convened a meeting of various officials of the Govt. Dept. in connection with the arrangements for Eid-ul-Azha. Matters regarding health and cleanliness, drinking water supply, maintenance of law and order and transport facilities for persons coming from far off places were discussed in the meeting.
Mr. Mohammed Asadullah, CEO of State Wakf Board and Special Officer of Hajj Committee, Prof. S.A. Shukoor while talking to newsmen yesterday told that cooperation has been sought from Municipal Water Supply, RTC, Health and R&B officials have been sought. It has been informed that Eid-ul-Azha will be on Tuesday 13th September. Maulana Hafiz Rizwan Quraishi will lead the prayer at Eidgah Meeralam at 9:30 a.m.
