ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
– Coordinate and execute discrete strategic assignments
– Conduct research related to our clients, their competitors, and the markets they operate within
– Transform laborious analysis into actionable insights and executable plans
– Perform data analysis and development of forecasts and models
– Effectively manage time to deliver high-quality outputs in an efficient manner that meets project expectations
– Willing and able to work in a high pressure demanding situation and collaborate with various heads of businesses and functions
– Make high impactful presentation and dashboards to present strategies and proposals enabling the board in making decisions
– Understand the board requirements and be a key player in showcasing the – way forward- to the board
– Actively participate in all strategic and tactical meetings

Essential
– MBA from a reputed B-School
– Atleast 3+ years- experience post MBA in a Life Science and/or healthcare domain
– Excellent communication skills
– Good Proficiency at Excel and PowerPoint
– Comfortable with executing deliverables with little or no oversight
Desirable
– Experience at major consulting firm (e.g. McKinsey, Deloitte, Bain, etc.)
