This situation arises due to flow of new water in drinking water sources, contamination of water, breeding of mosquitoes with stagnation of water near habitations, lack of personal hygiene and sanitation. Outbreak of gastroenteritis, typhoid, cholera, malaria, dengue, swine flu and other diseases is the result of contamination of water and food due to flies and mosquitoes.
