Axilor backed EasyFix expands to 11 cities

New Delhi: Riding high on success in the National Capital region, Gurgaon and Faridabad, EasyFix.in, India’s pioneering maintenance and repair service provider, is making its presence felt across the country.

EasyFix, a pioneer in the handymen industry has been growing steadily since 2011, from when it was conceived. India’s maintenance and repair industry has seen unimaginable heights and EasyFix enjoys the advantage by having the largest network of over 2500 professional handymen in its network.

EasyFix is now available in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Goa, Jaipur and Pune, apart from Delhi and the National Capital Region.

Shaifali Agarwal Holani, CEO and Founder, EasyFix.in said, “The demand for home repair and maintenance has gone up in India due to the increasing urbanization and the growing trend of single-working-home-owners. Over the past five years, we have seen a shift in trend where home owners are now willing to outsource repair and maintenance if they trust the service provider.”

“At EasyFix, on the one hand, we provide quality workmanship; on the other, our services are process-oriented, supported by precise billing, transparency and after-sales warranty. We are happy that we now have in our fold 550,000 houses in NCR in 5 years,” Shaifali added.

Apart from a high-satisfaction rate among the customers, EasyFix has ushered regularization among the highly unorganized maintenance and repair service industry. At the core of the EasyFix business model is its ability to empower, delegate and create employment opportunities for thousands of workers in the sector.

From three servicemen back in 2011 to over 2,500-strong pool ready to attend customers round-the-clock today, bears testimony to its capabilities.

Funded by Axilor Ventures, EasyFix has the distinction of being the second among startups funded by Axilor.

Axilor Ventures, a new generation platform for supporting early stage entrepreneurs is founded by S.D. Shibulal, Kris Gopalakrishnan, Srinath Batni, Professor Tarun Khanna and Ganapathy Venugopal.

Shaifali Agarwal highlights that the primary objective of her Gurgaon-headquartered organization is to strengthen technology, execution and existing footprints.

“Since inception, our strategy for growth hinged around running a successful business that believed in ‘stop- burning money’. We believed in establishing ourselves successfully, step by step. First we captured Delhi and NCR markets; we are now on a journey to replicate the success in other region and scale-up steadily but surely,” she added.

“We are looking for people from across industries to man senior and mid-level positions to further the bar for EasyFix and take us to new heights. At the core of our business is our belief that we want our people to take pride in what they do, the only pre-requisite being that they must ‘get it’ and ‘want to do’ the job,” added Shaifali Agarwal Holani.
