An 18-year-old boy committed suicide by hanging to the ceiling in Ghatkesar police limits.
The deceased, K. Upender, was a native of Adilabad and was staying in Ghatkesar area to pursue his B.Tech degree. His father, Nagarao, was facing financial problems due to his ill-health for the past few months. Therefore, he was unable to send money to Upender for his studies and other expenses. Depressed with the financial problems, Upender resorted to the extreme step on Friday night.
In another case, V. Ravi, 21, committed suicide by hanging to the celing at his residence in Uma Maheshwar Colony on Friday night. According to Bowenpally police, ill-health is suspected to have driven Ravi to the extreme step. (INN)
