Blow to Pak as India-U.S to join hands to bring 26/11 perpetrators to justice

Washington: Further putting pressure on Pakistan over terrorism, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Tuesday said that India and the United States of America will join hands on their efforts to bring to justice the perpetrators of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks.
“We have agreed to step up our cooperation in fighting terrorism and the need for Pakistan to bring to justice the perpetrators of 26/11,” Swaraj said to the media here in a press conference.
She also said that India recognized the threats posed by groups like Lashkar-e-Taiba operating from safe havens in the region.
When asked by Editor, News at ANI Smita Prakash, as to what were the decisions made by India and the U.S to jointly combat terrorism, Sushma said, “Terrorism is the biggest menace and also the greatest challenge. We reiterate the threat posed by Al Qaeda, LeT, JeM, D company and the Haqqani Network and other regional groups.”
“We strongly condemn Gurdaspur and Udhampur terrorist attacks, we are determined to fight terror together.” she added.
