Despite split and distribution of various institutions and assets between Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, some institutions are still dominated by Andhrites. The recent proof is the building of Minority Welfare Department Hajj House which still retains the board of ‘AP State Wakf Board’ despite split of Waqf Board into Telangana and Andhra.
During the process of distribution of assets between the two states, the 10 storied building of Hajj House was declared as part of Telangana assets however due to the domination of Andhrites officials the board of AP State Waqf Board retains on the building and perhaps officials belonging to Telangana are scared of removing it.
